 Money Back Guarantee: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Ocean Electronics, you may return it within 30 days from invoice date for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition, software, or custom order items. Products designated as "all sales final", "no returns", or similar language may not be returned.
Defective Returns: If your product is not functioning properly, please call the Ocean Electronics Customer Service Number as soon as possible (and not later than 30 days from invoice date). In most instances, we can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. In instances of product defect, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability.
Return Authorizations: A valid Return Authorization (RA) number, issued within 30 days of original invoice date, must accompany all products returned to Ocean Electronics. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RA and will refer you to the manufacturer for warranty service. RA's expire fifteen (15) days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging, with all packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.
